What if I have a problem?

Can I upgrade to a different membership?

Yes, you can upgrade. You will have to cancel any GapWallet Membership you currently have. Then simply purchase the upgraded plan you desire. 

Can I add all my vehicles?

Yes, you can add all the vehicles you own. However, with an Essential or Preferred plan, only one deductible is covered when you have an accident. With our Family Plan, you can cover up to 4 deductibles at a time. 

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and payments direct from your bank account using ACH Direct Debit. 

Can I upgrade to family plan after my second accident?

You certainly can! You can even do so after a second accident and still take advantage of GapWallet Benefits. Simply cancel your current plan and then upgrade to the Family Plan.
